We go to every effort to make sure your print reaches your house safely and in optimum condition by using a registered courier. Packaging and delivery costs are included in the price and all deliveries made are registered and insured. (European countries outside Benelux: add 15€ extra).

We will let you know when your order is on its way to you, or to any alternative mailing address you informed us of. Generally, delivery should be within two-three working days after you receive confirmation that we have dispatched your order. However this can differ according to the delivery address.

If the item arrives damaged you must inform us at the latest WITHIN 24 hours. You will therefore be entitled to a free replacement.

Once your order has been finalised and the design has been confirmed, you can expect the product to be completed and delivered within a week to ten days. We will inform you if any problems or delays arise.

Once the print has arrived, we will also send you a high resolution digital version of the print. You can use this as a background for your desktop, online profile or other programs on your computer.
