You pay nothing until we are in agreement over the base photo and the design. From the point that the preliminary plans are agreed upon and you give us permission to proceed, we will kindly ask you to provide full payment for the project. Payment can be made either online via PayPal, Visa, MasterCard or via bank transfer. |
From the moment that we have received your base photo and payment has been received, you can expect your order to be delivered within a week to 10 days. |
Even the largest of our prints weigh relatively little. Please take care when drilling holes into the frame, or attaching any screws. We recommend an easier method involving L-hooks. Purchase two L-hooks which can be easily screwed into the wall and levelled using a spirit level. This way you only need to alter one side if the print does not hang straight. You could also temporarily use double-sided sticky-tape to assist you in fixing your print to the wall before securely hanging the print on L-hooks. This way you can find the ideal position for your print.
You can make an appointment with us, and we can take the photo for you. This is the recommended scenario as it allows us to monitor the quality of the photo, and produce a perfect base photo. You can also then have the chance to view our designs in large format. Perhaps you will then change you mind, which will be of no problem to us. You can then have a coffee and browse at your leisure. We like to take great care of our clients! |
First look at the packaging itself. If it is damaged, please take a photo BEFORE you open it. If the print itself is damaged, please then take another photo and contact us WITHIN 24 HOURS of delivery. We will then take it from there, and will ask you for the photos of the damaged package. |
The word pixel is a combination taken from the beginning letters of picture and element, and stands for a single dot of the display of the computer or of a digital photo. These points are then combined to form the image.
The number of pixels of a digital photo determines the resolution of the photograph. A resolution of 2000x1000 means that the long side of the photo is 2000 pixels in length and the short side is 1000 pixels in length. The more pixels an image has and the higher the resolution of the image, determines the clarity and detail of the image.
Open your Windows browser, go to the file of the digital photo in question and place the mouse cursor over the file. A pop-up box should appear and the first line will state the pixel dimensions of the image. (For example 2024x1536). This is the resolution. You can also find the resolution details under the “properties” of the file. Left click on the file and go to “Properties”.

The print itself is owned by you, however the copyright of the photo and the concept are owned by us. You can thus not make any reproductions of the image without our prior permission.
We can do that, however for long distances we will ask for you to cover our transport costs. We will give you a price for this prior to our departure, and invoice these extra charges separately which we will ask to be paid for upon our arrival.
Everything is open to discussion and we will see it as an independent commission. We can discuss the idea together and give you a price for the project. If you are happy with the price then we will commence after receipt of the full payment.
The major cost of the prints falls mainly on the manual labour and the time it takes for us to design the print. Therefore the amount of canvas used plays no major role, as each print takes roughly the same time to make, regardless of the size. In regards to the non-personalised prints, the cost is divided between the materials used, labour costs and the cost of our unique design.
Of course. We understand it is more practical if you want to surprise someone. These details can be discussed and clarified during the ordering process.

Yes, but on the side of the frame where the canvas is attached to the wooden frame. Other than that, the print will have the artist’s signature and the title of the design on the bottom left or right of the image. In circumstances where the image is used for advertisement purposes, the logo will be printing on the image itself. |
